We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Front-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development expertise combined with user-centered design experience to build modern, responsive, and accessible web applications. The candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create seamless user experiences
- Build reusable front-end components using modern web technologies
- Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into high-quality production code
- Ensure applications meet accessibility and inclusive design standards
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
- Incorporate user feedback and iterative design improvements into development cycles
- Utilize AI-powered development tools to streamline coding and design workflows
- Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, design trends, and best practices
- 3+ years of experience in Front-End Development
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Expert knowledge of:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Java Script
- CSS preprocessors such as Sass/Less
- Experience using AI-powered coding assistants and productivity tools such as:
- Git Hub Copilot
- ChatGPT
- VS Code AI tools
- Similar AI-assisted development platforms
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Experience with user-centered and iterative design methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new financial services products and technologies
- Experience working in financial services or banking domain
- Familiarity with responsive frameworks and modern front-end libraries
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
- Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Continuous learning mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
