Java Developer

Overview client Institutional Lending Tech team needs an experienced full stack developer (actually Server Side Java with UI) to help build leading‑edge and scalable systems to support multiple business verticals supporting origination, underwriting, asset management, business operations, market insights, loan pricing, and risk calculations.

• Design and develop a high-performance, scalable platform to support multiple Lending business lines.
• Develop and maintain reusable and testable backend and frontend components.
• Actively contribute to agile squad ceremonies and practices.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in all development activities.

• 7+ years of proven development experience in Java, Spring, and RESTful micro-services.
• 5+ years of proven web-application development experience in Angular, JS or TS, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience in OOP concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with modern code IDEs such as IntelliJ or VS Code.
• Hands‑on experience with AI developer productivity tooling (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Amp).
• Proficiency with relational or document databases (SQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (SDLC and Agile).
