Associate Engineer – Networked Solutions

Presidio Networked Solutions, LLC seeks an Associate Engineer to build scalable, cutting‑edge software and application solutions for enterprise clients. The role includes implementing engineering best practices such as design review, continuous integration, and test‑driven development. You will present technical proposals and solution strategies to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, supporting client engagement and relationship‑building efforts. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams—clients, architects, project managers, and sales—will be essential to define technical requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure alignment across business and technology objectives.

Explore new technology platforms, coordinate project activities, and facilitate communication across teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and years of computer programming experience.

Experience must include:

• Years of experience with back‑end development and open‑source technologies such as Jersey framework or Spring framework.
• Years of experience with relational databases such as Postgres and MySQL.
• Years of experience with at least two of the following No
  
  SQL DB technologies:
  Cassandra, Couchbase, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB.
• Years of experience with developing applications with cloud platforms AWS or Azure.
• Years of experience with agile JIRA and Dev Ops tools Docker, Gradle, and Git.
• Years of hands‑on programming experience with web development in the following languages:
  Java, JavaScript (Node, Angular, or React), and Python.

Experience may be gained pre‑, post‑, or during a degree program.
