We are seeking an experienced On-Shore Technical Lead to support integration and application development efforts using Azure cloud architecture. This role will combine hands‑on development with leadership responsibilities, including guiding offshore teams and contributing to solution design and development. The client is onboarding a BCBS payer to their platform

• Lead and guide offshore development teams while acting as the on-site point of contact
• Perform hands‑on development of .NET‑based services and APIs (RESTful services)
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions and cloud‑based applications
• Contribute to solution design, documentation, and architecture discussions
• Build and support API‑driven services and messaging‑based integrations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions

• Strong experience with Microsoft .NET development
• Hands‑on experience building REST APIs / service‑based architectures
• Experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, cloud‑based application development)
• Solid understanding of integration patterns and API development
• Experience designing and implementing solution architectures
• Ability to lead teams while remaining hands‑on in development
