Our client is building the AI‑powered financial operating system that fixes it, automating the entire denial resolution workflow so providers can focus on patient care rather than paperwork.

The RoleYou will be the technical lead for their agentic AI platform, the system that autonomously researches, interprets, and resolves insurance claim denials s is greenfield work. You will design and build the agents, the orchestration layer, and the evaluation frameworks from the ground up.
What you will own:- Architect the multi‑agent system that classifies denials, identifies root causes, and generates appeals
- Build and optimise RAG pipelines to surface clinical documentation, billing records, and payer policy data
- Design prompt engineering and fine‑tuning strategies for complex healthcare billing workflows
- Create evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to improve agent reliability over time
- Work directly with billing managers to translate real‑world workflows into agent behaviour
- Shape the AI/ML roadmap as an early team member with genuine technical influence
- 5+ years in ML engineering with a focus on production AI systems
- Strong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Tensor Flow, or JAX)
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs: prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and RAG
- Vector databases and semantic search
- Healthcare or medical billing experience is a plus, not a requirement
