We are looking for an AI Implementation Specialist to design and build AI-driven solutions that automate business workflows. This role focuses on developing modular AI “skills,” creating structured data/context layers, and orchestrating multi-step AI workflows.

You will work at the intersection of AI engineering and operations—delivering scalable, reliable, and production‑ready AI solutions that solve real‑world problems

• Build and deploy AI‑driven workflow solutions using LLMs and automation frameworks
• Develop reusable AI “skills” to perform specific functions within larger systems
• Create and maintain structured context data (JSON, YAML, Markdown) for AI reasoning
• Design orchestration workflows that connect multiple AI components into end‑to‑end solutions
• Test and refine AI systems to ensure performance, reliability, and accuracy
• Document workflows, system design, and implementation standards
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions

• Experience building AI solutions, automation pipelines, or agent‑based systems
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM‑based applications
• Proficiency in working with structured data formats (JSON, YAML, Markdown)
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on, builder mindset
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication skills for documentation and cross‑team collaboration

• Experience with Python for automation or AI workflows
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or orchestration platforms
• Experience with CLI tools and terminal‑based workflows
• Background working in fast‑paced tech environments
