Member of Nontechnical Staff, Operations

As a Member of Nontechnical Staff, Operations at Quadrillion, you'll be a jack‑of‑all trades in order to drive our company to success. This role is for people who are highly conscientious and able to think creatively/outside the box; you should be comfortable with doing (or at least interested in learning about) everything from marketing to finance to GTM.

• At least 2 years of work experience in a technical or strategy role
• Exceptional conscientiousness and ownership
• Creative, resourceful problem‑solving in the face of ambiguity
• Ability to move quickly in a zero‑to‑one environment

• Background in a top‑5 consulting firm, or a similar generalist problem‑solving environment (top‑tier finance, high‑growth startup ops)
• Experience at an early‑stage startup, especially in a founding or first‑operations‑hire capacity
• Exposure to a technical or research‑heavy domain
• Strong writing and communication, and the judgment to represent Quadrillion externally

Compensation Range: $175K - $350K
