What

You’ll Do Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead the engineering team responsible for delivering and providing technical direction, mentorship, and architectural guidance.
  • Translate business goals into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Drive engineering excellence through coding standards, design reviews, and adherence to enterprise architecture.
Platform Architecture & Development
  • Oversee the build and implementation of React‑based front‑end applications integrated with AEM and AWS backend services.
  • Guide the design and development of microservices and API integrations leveraging AWS and Mule Soft.
  • Lead Software Design process, document it in Confluence with UML diagrams.
  • Enforce Object Oriented paradigm in both design and code development.
  • Lead DB Model creation process, demonstrate good knowledge in DB design and DBs like Oracle and PostgreSQL.
  • Ensure the platform is optimized for performance, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and cross‑browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate on implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and resiliency patterns.
Integration & Experience Delivery
  • Oversee the integration of AEM with front‑end applications and identity platforms.
  • Ensure smooth identity access management workflows using Ping One DaVinci, including registration and authentication.
  • Leverage Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target to enable data‑driven optimization and experimentation.
Governance, Quality & Collaboration
  • Ensure all technology deliverables align with enterprise security, compliance, and cloud architecture standards.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Data, Security, and Cloud Engineering teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure high‑quality contributions from external engineering partners.
  • Champion Agile best practices within the ART and continuously improve team delivery velocity and predictability.
What You’ll Bring Technical Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of full‑stack engineering experience with modern web technologies.
  • Deep expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, and related front‑end frameworks.
  • Hands‑On in OOP languages like Java, Type Script, Python, etc.
  • Proficiency in Software Design Patterns, GoF patterns. Ability to drive design and development following next principles: separation of concerns, decoupling, DI, Single Responsibility Principle, TDD.
  • Strong experience developing and deploying applications on AWS Cloud.
  • Good SQL knowledge, experience with Oracle DB and PostgreSQL.
  • Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including component development, OSGi services, Sling models, and JCR management.
  • Enterprise integration patterns experience and building secure workflows with Ping One DaVinci.
  • Proficiency in developing secure, scalable REST/GraphQL APIs and event‑driven integrations.
  • Understanding of Dev Ops tooling, observability, performance engineering, and IaC.
  • AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, Dev Ops Engineer) or Adobe AEM Certifications is a plus. Java Oracle Certification is a plus.
Leadership & Delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to lead development teams or serve as a technical lead for complex, multi‑system digital platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments, preferably in large enterprises.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication, mentorship, and cross‑team collaboration abilities.
