Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, No
SQL). - Experience using Machine Learning and building solutions.
- Experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix, etc.).
- Experience working with ad tech products (e.g., ad server, DSPs, DMPs, and web analytics) and understanding of engineering solutions built for scale.
- Experience working in the ad space (i.e., first party data onboarding and activation, measurement and data modeling, video and search advertising).

gTech Ads has established a new Agency and Partners (gAP) Organization with a mission to scale gTech's expert services by building a thriving and technically enabled partner ecosystem.
As an Ad Solutions Engineer in the gAP Engineering team, you will be responsible for building and scaling specific tools, platforms, and solutions for our most strategic LCS partners. Through building, implementing and optimizing technical solutions, this team will help agencies and partners achieve their business goals while building long-term tech and marketing capabilities.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Responsibilities- Be responsible for proactively identifying and building a series of solutions and best practices for agencies and partners globally.
- Leverage engineering skills to design and scale complex, cross-product customized solutions to be rolled out to thousands of customers globally.
- Collect requirements, provide guidance, best practices and innovative solutions to apply ad products and technologies and drive agency/partner and gTech business goals.
US: $152000 - $222000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
