Type: Hourly Contract (Remote)
Compensation: $100–$160/hour
Location: Remote, Asynchronous, Flexible hours
Duration: Part-time | Project-based | Ongoing (Flexible weekly hours)
Requirements
- Proven track record of contributions to top open-source repositories (Git Hub or similar) in the last 12 months.
- Strong experience in software development, open-source collaboration, and scalable system design.
- Deep familiarity with widely-used libraries, frameworks, developer tools, and version control systems (Git).
- Strong grasp of performance tuning, CI/CD, and open-source governance workflows.
- Ability to work independently and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prior experience in asynchronous, remote team collaboration is a plus.
Role (Training Support Will Be Provided)
- Design and oversee evaluations for a variety of coding tasks across multiple programming languages.
- Develop robust test cases to assess AI model performance in real-world engineering scenarios.
- Analyze and interpret AI-generated outputs, providing structured feedback to research teams.
- Work asynchronously with AI researchers and project managers to continuously improve system capabilities.
