User Acceptance Testing Analyst

Ampcus is seeking a UAT Test Analyst / Automation Engineer to support both manual and automated testing for ERP implementations (CGI Advantage or similar).

This role combines hands‑on UAT execution with automation development
, focusing on building reusable test scripts, supporting regression testing, and improving overall testing efficiency.

• GL, P2P, O2C, AP/AR, Grants, Projects
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts for:
• Regression testing
• Work with Automation Lead to:
• Convert manual test cases into automated scripts
• Identify high‑value automation opportunities
• Develop scripts using programming languages (not record/playback tools)
• API/services validation (where applicable)
• Integrate test scripts into CI/CD pipelines (as applicable)
• Perform:
• Test execution and validation
• Data validation and comparison checks
• Validation of migrated data sets
• Comparison of legacy vs. target system results
  
  Log and track defects in Jira with proper documentation and evidence
• UAT cycles
• Defect triage and retesting

• 4–8+ years in QA/UAT and test automation
• Strong programming skills in one or more:
• Java, Python, or C#
• Experience with automation tools such as:
• Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar
• Experience with:
• Test case execution and defect tracking (Jira or similar)
• Understanding of:
• End‑to‑end business workflows (P2P, O2C preferred)
• Experience with:
• Data validation and basic reconciliation

• Experience with:
• ERP systems (CGI Advantage, Oracle, SAP, People Soft)
• Exposure to:
• Experience with:
• API testing (Postman, REST frameworks)
• Exposure to:
• Data conversion testing
