C++ Developer

We work with a small group of world class trading and research firms who build their own technology from the ground up. These environments are engineering led, highly selective, and focused on solving genuinely hard technical problems at scale.

• You would be building and owning performance critical systems written in modern C++. The work varies by team but typically includes low latency trading or execution systems, research and simulation platforms, and core infrastructure used across the business.
• You will think deeply about memory management, concurrency, networking, and system design.
• You will work close to the problem space and see the direct impact of your decisions. Code goes to production and stays there because it is fast, robust, and well designed.

• Strong experience with modern C++ in performance sensitive environments
• A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and systems fundamentals
• Experience with multithreading and concurrency in real world systems
• Comfort working in Linux environments
• A mindset that cares about correctness, simplicity, and performance
• Backgrounds can include trading, gaming, distributed systems, or other low level engineering domains
