You'll work closely with researchers, systems engineers, and operations teams to develop high-performance trading software and continuously improve a cutting-edge research and execution platform.

What you'll be doing:
* Designing and implementing C++ trading systems and infrastructure
* Building and enhancing exchange connectivity and market interfaces
* Developing and optimising low-latency, high-throughput systems
* Supporting and extending automated trading strategies and research tools
* Investigating production issues and performance bottlenecks across the stack
* Contributing to system architecture, scalability, and reliability improvements

What you'll need:
* Strong C++ development experience (or equivalent statically typed languages)
* Solid grounding in software engineering fundamentals
* Strong problem-solving ability and interest in complex technical systems
* Experience with distributed systems and/or low-latency environments is a plus
* Familiarity with Linux and systems-level programming advantageous
* Trading industry experience beneficial but not essential
