Who You AreYou are a skilled Salesforce developer with hands‑on experience designing and building custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. You work collaboratively with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Salesforce Admins to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. You take ownership of your projects from conception through delivery, write clean and efficient code, and continuously seek ways to optimize performance and improve the platform.
You have strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative automation tools to meet business requirements
- Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third‑party connectors
- Write and maintain high‑quality, well‑documented code including Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable jobs, with full awareness of Salesforce governor limits
- Build responsive Lightning Web Components and custom user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive adoption
- Develop and optimize SOQL queries and database design to ensure data integrity and platform performance
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure solutions are aligned with business goals

Qualifications- Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II preferred
- Proficiency with Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and configuration
- Experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems
- Experience with modern source control (e.g., Git) and deployment tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, VS Code, SFDX)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Organized, detail‑oriented, with high standards for code quality and testing practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
