React/JavaScript Developer – AI & Automation

We’re seeking a highly motivated and self‑directed React/JavaScript Developer – AI & Automation. You should have the mindset of starting with great prompting and then falling back on high-quality code review. We expect you to be passionate about context engineering while also having strong React fundamentals. This role requires excellent English communication skills, as you will be collaborating in an international environment.

• Build, optimize, and maintain a custom React/JavaScript application tailored for our company.
• Integrate AI-powered features (e.g., natural language interfaces, LLM models, chatbots, recommendation engines) into front-end components.
• Leverage tools like Cursor, V0, Replit, N8N, or other AI‑assisted development platforms to prototype and iterate quickly.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Take ownership of scope definition, timelines, and delivery, prioritizing speed over perfection.
• Troubleshoot and ensure a high‑quality user experience across platforms.

Technical Skills

• Must be located in Mexico and have strong English communication skills.
• Proven passion for AI‑driven development; ability to demonstrate advanced use of AI tools for coding and “context engineering.”
• At least 2 years of experience with React (hooks, context, state management).
• Strong proficiency with Type Script.
• Experience integrating AI features (AI Agents, chatbots, LLMs) into applications.
• Hands‑on use of AI‑assisted development tools (clearly highlight AI tools in CV).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/Type Script, HTML, CSS (Tailwind a plus).
• Familiarity with React Query, Zustand, Zod, and Nx‑based monorepos.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI).
• Comfortable with testing practices (Jest, Vitest, Cypress, Playwright, Puppeteer).

Soft Skills

• Strong self‑management and ability to prioritize independently.
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong documentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and reliable.

Nice to Have

• Eye for detail with interest in prototyping/design.
• Basic backend experience (Node.js, Firebase).
• Knowledge of back‑office apps (CRM, workflow systems).
• Familiarity with security best practices, accessibility, and UI compliance.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Supabase, Render, Railway, Vercel).
• Knowledge of modern styling libraries (HeroUI, Material UI, ShadcnUI).
• Prior experience in startups or agile teams.
