Senior Application Developer .Net​/AI

Our client is an international law firm looking for a Senior Application Developer. This position is responsible for developing AI‑enhanced solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, primarily using C# and modern AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging AI‑powered solutions to improve workflow automation, efficiency, and user experience.

• Design web applications using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and SQL.
• Develop workflow automation solutions utilizing AI and machine learning technologies.
• Leverage agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and similar AI‑assisted development environments to accelerate development velocity.
• Integrate AI‑powered tools and services to automate document processing, data extraction, knowledge management, and business workflows.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations with legal and business systems.
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape, proactively identifying opportunities to apply new AI tools.
• Develop SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and reporting solutions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

• 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET and SQL Server.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• 1+ year with AI technologies, including prompt engineering, AI agent development, and integration of large language models (LLMs) into production applications.
• Experience with agentic coding tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor).
• Experience with retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) architectures, including working with Azure AI Search or Pinecone.
• Expertise with Copilot Studio, including building, configuring, and deploying custom copilots and AI agents within the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
