Our client, a leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking an AI Agent Solutions Engineer – Digital Workplace Product Management to join their team.
As an AI Agent Solutions Engineer – Digital Workplace Product Management, you will be part of the Digital Workplace Product Group supporting product management and AI innovation initiatives.
Job Title: AI Agent Solutions Engineer – Digital Workplace Product Management
Location: New York, New York Hybrid 3x days onsite
Pay Range:$70.00
What's the Job?- Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate product management activities across the organization.
- Develop agentic solutions supporting product discovery, requirements gathering, and roadmap planning.
- Create multi-step AI workflows integrating enterprise data, business logic, and generative AI capabilities.
- Prototype and validate AI solutions to demonstrate business value before scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents with enterprise tools such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and others.
- Hands‑on experience building AI‑powered applications, workflows, automation solutions, or intelligent agents.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional AI solutions and prototypes.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
