Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a series of customized GenAI solutions
- Focus on building scalable, production‑grade systems using Python and modern frameworks
- Emphasis on generative AI applications such as information retrieval, AI assisted web search, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
- 1 - 3 years of coding experience (Preferably Python and vibe coding)
- 1 - 3 years of experience in backend systems (FastAPI experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of building and deploying GenAI solutions (e.g., RAG pipelines, agent‑based systems)
- Hands‑on experience with GenAI frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or similar
- Experience working in cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills in agile settings
- Ability to work consultatively with junior stakeholders, clarify needs, and communicate technical concepts effectively
