About HyphaHypha is an AI-native platform transforming asset management across the full lifecycle—acquisition, management, and exit. Focused on healthcare facilities and multifamily real estate, we’re revolutionizing the industry through three key pillars:
- Observability: Providing real-time visibility into asset performance, deal progress, and market conditions for all stakeholders
- Intelligence: Enabling AI-driven multidimensional optimization with risk scores, tax strategies, and benchmarking
- Orchestration: Creating seamless workflows and a single source of truth to eliminate inefficiencies
This is the engineering layer beneath our go-to-market. You will design and build the instrumented funnel, the data infrastructure, and the AI-powered workflows that turn marketing strategy into scalable systems. This is not a traditional marketing operations role. You are not running campaigns by hand or maintaining a tool because someone has to. You are building the rails everything else runs on, and you will be opinionated about how they are built.
You will own the systems; your colleagues on the team own the campaigns that run on top of them. As we grow, the standards you set become the foundation others build on. At the start, you are laying that foundation yourself.
How success is measuredWe measure this role in three numbers:
- Pipeline driven. Conversion lift, pipeline, and deal velocity directly attributable to the funnel you instrument and the systems you build.
- Hours saved. Manual work removed from the team and reinvested in higher-leverage problems.
- Agents live. The count of AI systems and automations you have shipped into real, recurring use by the marketing team.
- Instrument the funnel end to end, from first touch through pipeline, with clearly defined stages, clean handoffs, and conversion tracking that the team can actually trust and act on.
- Own the marketing data model and hygiene in Attio, our source of truth, and the integrations that keep it accurate.
- Build and own the lifecycle and nurture automation, from logic to execution, so the right contact gets the right motion without manual lift.
- Stand up attribution and the reporting layer: dashboards that keep marketing performance accurate, current, and tied to revenue.
- Build agents, automations, and integrations (APIs, MCP servers, scripts) that take repetitive and time-sensitive work off the team's plate, from reporting to lead follow-up to internal workflows. Design and maintain lead scoring models (predictive and rule-based) that combine firmographic and behavioral signals from across our data sources.
- Productize what works. A system built for one workflow should become reusable across the team. Version it, document it, and improve it like a product.
- Measure what you build. Define what good looks like, instrument your own workflows, track adoption, and retire what isn't earning its place.
- Maintain lightweight tracking of how Hypha shows up in search and AI-generated answers, enough to inform the content motion without owning editorial SEO.
- A builder first. You have shipped agents, LLM workflows, automations, or data pipelines into production and watched real users adopt them. We care more about what you have built than how many years you spent in any one seat.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar, with hands‑on experience building API integrations, data pipelines, and automation.
- Experience building automation orchestration using n8n, Railway, or similar tools for complex, multi‑system workflows.
- Experience using modern enrichment & intent tools such as Clay and Apollo.
- Fluent with AI agents, LLM‑powered tooling, and MCP. You reach for the latest capable tooling and have a point of view on how to use it well.
- Biased toward measurement. You instrument what you build and iterate on signal, not vibes.
- A systems thinker who chooses the scalable solution over the one‑off, and who is relentless about data quality.
- A clear communicator who can translate technical decisions into business impact, and who challenges assumptions with evidence rather than defaulting to best…
