5V Video is seeking a Staff Engineer to own the Android playback stack (Exo Player/Media3) across mobile, tablet, Android TV, and Fire TV. You will set technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with backend video, CDN, and data teams.
Responsibilities include shaping architecture, advancing A and DRM, and driving low-latency streaming, HDR, and multi‑codec strategy. You will lead SSAI/CSAI ad insertion and leverage telemetry to fix production issues.
