Full Stack Engineer

Our client is a high-growth technology company building one of the largest consumer platforms in the blockchain space. Their platform operates at significant scale, supporting millions of users through low-latency, high-throughput systems that demand exceptional performance, reliability, and engineering excellence.

The team is focused on building next-generation consumer products at the intersection of blockchain, finance, and social experiences, where speed, innovation, and ownership are fundamental to success.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling high-performance applications used by a global user base. Working across the entire technology stack, you'll help deliver fast, intuitive user experiences while solving complex engineering challenges in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Design, build, and ship high-performance software that directly contributes to the growth of a large-scale consumer platform
• Work across the full technology stack, from backend services and infrastructure to modern frontend applications
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new features while maintaining a strong focus on quality and performance
• Solve complex technical problems in a fast-moving environment where scalability and efficiency are critical
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.

• Strong experience building modern web applications using technologies such as Type Script, React, Next.js, and Node.js
• Experience developing scalable, high-performance applications that support real-time user interactions
• Interest in blockchain, Web3, DeFi, or distributed systems, or a strong desire to learn the space. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver practical solutions
• High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects from concept through production
• Experience working within startups, scale-ups, or other high-growth product environments where speed, autonomy, and impact are highly valued
• Passion for collaborating with talented engineering teams to build innovative, consumer-focused technology at scale.
