Senior Technologist - Institutional Operations Technology
New York, NY | Full Time | Compensation: $130,000-$180,000 per year
DescriptionThe role is based in New York, NY and is a full‑time position. The Senior Technologist will lead the design and development of a scalable platform for institutional operations. Strong skills in full stack development and data management are required.
Key Responsibilities- Design and build internal applications and integrations with third‑party platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and produce technical designs.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Manage multiple work streams and prioritize effectively.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform modernization initiatives.
- 10 years of professional software development experience with a BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in asset management with a focus on funds and intermediary business ecosystems.
- Strong backend expertise in C#/.NET and advanced data skills.
- Experience with full‑stack web development and integration with REST APIs.
- Ability to operate independently and communicate technical concepts effectively.
