Role Description We are seeking a Software Engineer with expertise in system and software design to join our team. This is a full-stack role with a strong emphasis on backend development using C# and .NET, and a focus on distributed systems architecture. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ownership-driven environments and is passionate about building scalable, resilient systems.

Role Objectives
* Contribute to the design and development of complex software systems that support various aspects of trade lifecycle processing
* Implement distributed computing solutions using messaging technologies
* Build on top of C# Mass Transit framework to ensure system reliability and consistency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment
* Own projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring
* Contribute to system design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers
