We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer. The successful candidate will be able to design technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems; manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale; articulate design considerations, trade‑offs, benefits, and recommendations for technical design and implementation.

• Provides architectural oversight of Salesforce platform activities in the areas of Salesforce Sales Cloud to ensure best practice application and data model designs are incorporated appropriately against user requirements and ensure platform scalability, and performance
• Stays abreast of industry standards, market forces and emerging Salesforce technologies to understand their impact and how they can be best leveraged within the organization
• Leads the evaluation of new Salesforce compatible technologies
• Proposes technology investments supported by a thorough technical analysis, proof of concept, and business case
• Contributes to strategic technology planning, including proposed cost implications
• Able to anticipate business needs to effectively plan
• Provides technical guidance, training, direction and reviews the work of development teams ensuring designs and standards are being followed

• 5+ years of experience in a Senior Salesforce Developer or Lead role on one or more Salesforce Implementation
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce administration and development; security, standard objects, reports/dashboards, Chatter, Einstein, data management and sandbox environments
• Demonstrated experience with advanced  development tools and techniques, e.g. Apex language,  custom development, triggers, controllers, JavaScript,  SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, Chatter API, UI API, outbound messaging, Lightning Components and Visualforce pages
• Demonstrated experience using Salesforce's standard development tooling
• Experience with developing and maintaining Salesforce integrations such as with API Management tools (e.g., Mule Soft), Salesforce Canvas, Connected Apps, outbound messaging, Salesforce Events, and Apex callouts
• Checking in source code into Git

Pay Transparency. Daily Pay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.

New York City: $145,000—$194,000 USD

Remote, Premium (California, Connecticut, Washington D.C., New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Washington): $133,000—$178,000 USD

Remote, Standard: $126,000—$169,000 USD
