Junior Salesforce Developer

About the Role

Litify is looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer to join our Product & Engineering team. As a Developer, you will be part of an engineering team that is building software of exceptional quality. The ideal candidate has the ability to function in an agile software development lifecycle and will thrive in a hands‑on, focused, productive and team‑oriented environment.

• Function in 2‑week sprint cycles while independently problem‑solving and researching solutions.
• Write high‑quality code with test coverage that accounts for both positive and negative test cases.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team in meetings, contributing ideas to improve the codebase, processes, and overall product.
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, AI coding agents) to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and streamline day‑to‑day workflows.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced startup culture.
• Understand the application of the Salesforce platform to the legal industry.

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Required: A growth mindset toward AI‑assisted development, with enthusiasm for adopting AI tools to boost velocity and continuously improve engineering workflows.
• Nice‑to‑have: Experience in Agile/SCRUM and TDD development methodologies.
• Nice‑to‑have: Salesforce Certifications.
• Nice‑to‑have: Experience developing managed packages on the Salesforce Platform as part of the ISV Partner Program.
• Nice‑to‑have: AWS Experience.

The estimated base salary pay range for this role is $85,000–95,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
