Product Engineer

Orange Quarter is working with a fast-growing, S-tier venture-backed AI healthcare startup in New York City.

The company is building an AI-native platform that consolidates clinical and operational workflows for healthcare providers, replacing fragmented legacy systems with a unified product.

Following a significant recent funding round, the business is scaling fast and approaching eight-figure ARR. Its platform handles sensitive clinical and financial data and serves as a critical system within customers’ day to day operations

• They’re hiring product-focused full-stack engineers to own meaningful areas of the platform end to end.
• You’ll work directly with the founders and customers, understand complex healthcare workflows, make product and architecture decisions, and ship quickly.

• Build full-stack product features across the platform
• Work directly with behavioral health providers
• Apply LLMs, agents, and automation to clinical and operational workflows
• Own APIs, data models, integrations, and infrastructure
• Help shape the product and engineering culture

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Sharp product instincts
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and ownership
  
  Interest in LLMs, agents, and AI-native product development
• Early-stage startup experience is a plus

The team is based in New York and works from the office 5 days a week. It is a high intensity, high ownership environment with meaningful equity and direct access to the founding team.
