Position: QA Architect in New York
Location: New York

About the Role:

As a QA Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products within the Business Services industry. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement robust testing frameworks and strategies that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify quality assurance needs and establish best practices for testing processes.

By leveraging your expertise, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and reduce time-to-market. Ultimately, your contributions will help us deliver exceptional software solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on architecture and strategy.
  • Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Dev Ops.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Load Runner.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Certifications in quality assurance or software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies and frameworks for software applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Lead the development of automated testing scripts and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Conduct regular reviews of testing processes and methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members in best practices and advanced testing techniques.
