QA Architect

About the Role:

As a QA Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products within the Business Services industry. • Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Dev Ops.

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Load Runner.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Certifications in quality assurance or software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).

• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies and frameworks for software applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to define quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Lead the development of automated testing scripts and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct regular reviews of testing processes and methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members in best practices and advanced testing techniques.
