We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to be a key individual contributor. In this role, you will not only drive the delivery of current, critical initiatives but also partner with business and technology leaders to shape the strategic roadmap for future innovation. Key Responsibilities- Solution Delivery & Strategy: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, primarily using Financial Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and establish long-term business-technology roadmaps.
- Technical Development: Build robust applications using Apex, Visual Force Pages, and modern frameworks like Lightning Components and Aura. Develop and maintain integrations with other cloud-based systems and middleware (e.g., Talend, Python/Spark) using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Dev Ops & Deployment: Manage source control and branching strategies using Bitbucket/Git Hub and SFDX. Drive our CI/CD pipeline evolution, leveraging tools like Jenkins, Lightspeed, and the Metadata API for package-based deployments.
- Production Support & Governance: Provide expert-level production application support. Investigate failures, conduct root cause analysis, and manage defects using JIRA. Prepare, review, and approve Production Deployment Runbooks for enterprise-scale releases.
- Security & Compliance: Establish and enforce strict governance and information security standards for our Salesforce implementation, ensuring we meet the rigorous demands of the financial services industry.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work within a cross-functional team of product owners, developers, and QA engineers, operating under Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
Experience:
- A minimum of 8+ years of overall experience in enterprise application development.
- A minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on experience with the Salesforce platform.
- At least 3+ years of specialized experience with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud & Sales Cloud
, including the Lightning Components and Aura Framework. - 2+ years of experience managing source control (Bitbucket/Git Hub), SFDX, and complex branching strategies.
- 2+ years of experience with package-based deployments and building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Dev Ops, RLM, Jenkins, and Lightspeed.
- Good understanding and exposure in applying AI-powered code assistants such as Co‑pilot / Devin / Anthropic Claude and Salesforce's Agent Force Vibe to construct and improve Salesforce engineering solutions.
- Salesforce: Mastery of Apex, Visual Force, Salesforce Lightning Components, and common integration patterns.
- Integration: Hands‑on experience with integration tools such as Data Loader, Data Stage, Talend, or Python/Spark. Proficient in integrating systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
- Web Technologies: Strong knowledge and expertise in ASP .Net, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Middleware: Familiarity with at least one middleware product (SSIS/Talend, Python/Spark, etc.).
- Databases: SQL Server, Oracle and Mongo.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams using Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
- Deep familiarity with JIRA and its processes for tracking and managing work.
- Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate with senior leaders to influence and define strategic direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Salesforce certifications (Preferred).
