Member of Technical Staff – Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Deploy and scale our AI-agent infrastructure.
• Own observability end to end.
• Own CI/CD.
• Make shipping fast and safe.
• Treat developer experience as a product.
• Build for the product, not just the platform.

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience operating production infrastructure on a major cloud, including provisioning, deploying, and debugging real systems under load.
• Fluency with infrastructure-as-code and a track record of managing infra declaratively rather than by hand.
• Strong observability instincts: you've built the metrics, traces, logs, and alerting that let a team catch and resolve incidents quickly.
• Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and the build/deploy systems a whole engineering org depends on.
• Comfort going deep on databases (especially relational/Postgres): performance, scaling, and safe schema/operational changes.
• A bias toward leverage: you make
  * other* engineers faster, not just yourself.
• Comfort juggling many competing priorities at one time.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity at an early‑stage company: you're at home taking a function that’s been handled on the side and making it your own, on a small team that moves fast.
