Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior member of the ISG Mainframe Decommission program team, collaborating with cross-divisional stakeholders.
- Support problem solving and project governance across the program as required.
- Drive the development of project data models and automation solutions to enhance program management efficiency.
- Contribute to the adoption and integration of advanced technologies, including PowerBI and Generative AI, within program management processes.
- Support the establishment of XPG’s presence in Montreal and foster collaboration with technology and business teams.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, risk management, and governance across assigned projects.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in program or project management within financial services or technology.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies;
Agile knowledge/experience is essential. - Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in python, automation, data modeling, and reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI).
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and platforms (e.g., LLM’s, prompting for business outcomes, co‑pilot navigation).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
- Demonstrated independence and ability to drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
Based in New York, NY. Occasional travel may be required.

CompensationExpected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $215,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short- and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley-sponsored benefit programs.
