As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll shape the future of at‑home care. You’ll build software that eases the lives of hospitals and patients, prototype solutions quickly, and turn them into robust systems over time. You’ll work independently, collaborate with stakeholders outside engineering, and own complex technical and product problems.

• Build software for hospitals and patients that improves their experience.
• Find creative solutions to complex technical and product challenges.
• Prototype fast with a clear path to robust production systems.
• Operate with independence and responsibility in solving complex issues.
• Work with stakeholders outside engineering to determine the best solutions.

• At least 1 year of experience building, shipping, and maintaining full‑stack applications in production.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Python or Type Script/JavaScript.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React or Vue.
• Strong command of SQL and experience designing and querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Base salary: $130,000‑$160,000 + equity.

This role is based in our New York City office in Chelsea or our new San Francisco hub. The role requires four days per week in office; remote work is not accepted. All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
