Senior Peoplesoft Developer

Madison-Davis is currently in search of a Sr. People Soft Developer for a Professional Services Firm in New York, NY.

This is a Permanent/Full-Time role.

Candidates must be open to working a Hybrid model in the Financial District of NYC.

The ideal candidate is a Sr. People Soft Developer who has spent several years supporting enterprise HR systems with significant expertise across Payroll, Benefits, and Human Resources modules.

They enjoy owning development efforts from design through implementation while also supporting production users and participating in larger modernization initiatives. They are comfortable balancing development, integration, administration, testing, and production support responsibilities.

A leading professional services organization is seeking an experienced Senior People Soft Developer to help support and modernize its enterprise HR technology platform. This position will play a critical role maintaining and enhancing People Soft while contributing to broader ERP transformation and cloud integration initiatives.

This opportunity combines hands‑on People Soft development, enterprise integrations, production support, testing, and future cloud migration work. You'll partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that support critical business operations.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise People Soft applications
• Support Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits modules
• Build new People Soft objects and custom enhancements
• Develop and support enterprise integrations
• Perform application testing and validation
• Troubleshoot production issues and support end users
• Develop technical documentation
• Participate in ERP modernization initiatives
• Assist with data migration and integration efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams

• 5+ years of People Soft development experience
• Deep expertise supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules
• Experience with Application Engine
• Application Designer
• PS Query
• Advanced SQL development
  
  Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
• Oracle Integration Cloud
• Workday Studio
• Oracle Database
• People Soft PUM / Change Assistant
• Current or prior experience from a large legal, financial services, consulting, or enterprise corporate environment is highly preferred
