Location: New York
Lead applied research on frontier-model deployments for our Americas capital-markets clients. Set the technical direction for the Nova Decisions platform.
What you'll do- Own the research roadmap for real-time inference at trading-desk latencies.
- Publish internal papers and represent Orex Nova at leading ML conferences.
- Mentor senior ML engineers across three continents.
- 10+ years ML engineering, ideally with a research background (PhD or equivalent shipped experience).
- Track record of production LLM or ranking systems at scale.
- Strong PyTorch and CUDA-aware performance intuition.
- Prior work in capital markets or fraud
