Direct Client is looking for Junior EQD Rapid Application Developer (RAD).
Work location:
NYC
Local candidates only
Work schedule:
Fully onsite in NYC (M-F 8 hrs per day)
- Must have strong IT background to work on the front office desk.
- Knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming.
- Must support maintenance and development.
- Must have experience with REST API, SQL and Python.
- Must have strong Python coding experience.
- Must have experience with Git Lab and PostGRES SQL.
Financial industry background is a big plus.
Preferred Skills- Experience with derivatives pricing or pricing systems (e.g., Numerix / Murex / Quant Lib).
- Experience with Web UI development.
- Build integration layer within in-house Python STARK platform to price instruments in Murex and EQL.
- Maintain PROD and UAT servers dedicated to running our Python code.
- Assist with code maintenance and refactoring.
- Build user interfaces to access the above and various other data services.
- Must have 1–3 years of experience.
A Master’s in Computer Science is ideal.
