The next ten years of AI will not be won in software. They will be won in the physical world. In factories, hospitals, kitchens, fields, and homes. The companies that own that data will own the century.

MicroAGI is building it. We are the data layer for embodied AGI.

Shift is our consumer side. It is a marketplace for jobs, and we are taking it native in the app store. As Android Developer, you will help build the Shift Android app close to the ground up.

• Build and ship the Shift app, from the core flows down to the small details that make it feel good to use.
• Own real surface area, not tickets handed down a chain.
• Work directly with design, backend, and the founding team to figure out what Shift should actually be.
• Move fast without leaving a mess behind you.

• You have shipped real Android apps that people use, ideally something you can point us to.
• Strong Kotlin and comfortable with modern Android. Compose, coroutines, all of it.
• You care how things feel, not just whether they compile.
• You are fine with ambiguity and don't need a full spec to start.

• You have built marketplace or two-sided products before.

• Early stage means the roadmap moves under you. If that sounds stressful instead of fun, this probably is not the one.
• We care more about what you have built than where you studied.
