Graphite is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a software engineer to help define the company’s technical direction. This person will work across our stack, lead new projects, and mentor teammates.

• Work with us to build a real‑time, collaborative code review platform with social features.
• Define the technical direction of the company.
• Mentor other engineers and architect frameworks to create a scalable codebase.
• Architect new features around code understanding, CI/CD pipelines, and more.

• Industry experience building high‑quality software products.
• Ability to identify problems, build alignment, and implement solutions autonomously.
• Comfortable working with and designing abstractions and frameworks that increase developer velocity.
