Deepline is the operating system for GTM execution. You will work on the Context API, data access patterns, semantic modeling, and integrations that enable AI agents to interact with enterprise data. Roles involve deploying Deepline into customer environments, building production-grade software, and shaping the product with customer feedback.
Responsibilities (high level)- Deploy and integrate Deepline into customer environments (CRM, enrichment stack, sequencing tools, data warehouse).
- Design and implement custom workflows and integrations for GTM challenges; contribute to product features from field feedback.
- Engage with customers on calls and live deployments; translate learnings into reusable playbooks and product improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customers to ship reliable, scalable solutions.
- Forward-Deployed Engineer: customer deployments, custom workflows, technical closing in sales calls, and field feedback into product roadmaps.
- Full-Stack Engineer: end-to-end feature development, dashboards, and UI components; collaborate on product and GTM tooling.
- GTM Engineer (Contract-to-Hire): GTM tooling, user onboarding flows, and collaboration with founders & customers; potential full founding-team equity on conversion.
- UX/Design Engineer (Contract-to-Hire): marketing site, product UI/UX, design system, and visual identity; production UI decisions and implementation.
- 3+ years building production systems (for engineering roles).
- Experience with data, retrieval systems, embeddings, LLMs, knowledge graphs, or semantic layers.
- Familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake, Big Query) and enterprise data systems; knowledge of Lang Chain/Llama Index is a plus for LLM orchestration.
- Proficiency in relevant tech stacks (e.g., Python, Type Script/JavaScript, SQL) and building from concept to production.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; bias toward action and customer-focused problem solving.
Compensation ranges vary by role and experience. Example ranges include base salaries and equity discussed with the team. Benefits include health insurance, equipment budget, and travel budgets for on-site customer work where applicable.
