• Develop innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance.
• Design, code, and test applications for exceptional user experiences.
• Utilize Java, Python, and JavaScript to create scalable, efficient software systems.
• Manage API integrations and microservices for seamless application functionality.
• Conduct code reviews and adhere to coding standards to maintain quality.
• Implement CI/CD practices to streamline development processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve business processes through software solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues to optimize system performance.
• Apply object‑oriented design principles to build robust architectures.
• Engage in business requirements analysis to align development with client needs.
• Embrace change and demonstrate learning agility to adapt to evolving project demands.

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.

• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies.
• Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
• Expertise in API Management and Microservices architecture.
• Strong Object‑Oriented Design (OOD) skills.
• Effective communication for navigating complex client relationships.
• Analysis of business requirements for process improvement.
• Mentoring junior team members in software development practices.

Up to 80% travel.

Salary range: $77,000 – $214,000. Compensation within the range depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
