Inthis role you will get to
- Provide constructive feedback and influence the performance and career development of high‑performing engineers.
- Take full ownership of the full stack of our products, and contribute and collaborate with peers on cross‑team initiatives.
- Collaborate continuously with stakeholders across multiple departments and teams to understand their business and product strategies and translate those into strategic technical plans.
- Decide with senior management in developing long‑term technology road maps and the execution of existing initiatives.
- Lead multiple projects—planning, prioritization, and task delegation.
- Enforce accountability for the quality of software that is created.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven leader in hiring, mentoring, coaching and developing engineering talent, including performance management.
- Expert knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Python, JavaScript, APIs, Web services, GKE, ML model development, and best practices. Knowledge of React.js, Type Script, Node.js, GraphQL.
- A crafty problem‑solver to thrive in a fast‑paced environment who seeks win‑win solutions and removes barriers.
- Ability to drive the development of high‑scale systems and system integrations.
- Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline:

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought or required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $160,000–$200,000 USD.
