Senior SW Engineer

Industry Leading investment firm seeks to add a Sr. Software Engineer to its IT Finance/Portfolio Accounting Technology team who brings Full Stack .Net/C# skills to lead, design, build, and support a scalable, high-performance platforms (vendor and in-house)

• Strong backend expertise in C#/.NET, including building and operating production services.
• Advanced SQL and data skills: data modeling, analysis, and building/optimizing complex queries; experience with ETL/ELT concepts and tooling.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake, including query design and performance optimization.
• Hands‑on integration experience with REST; comfortable working with JSON/XML.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Git Hub Copilot or similar) responsibly to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.
• High ownership and accountability for delivery quality and production outcomes.

• Experience deploying and operating distributed systems on Kubernetes, Open Shift, and/or Azure.
• Familiarity with Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) and event‑driven or service‑oriented architecture patterns.
• Experience with Python & Perl, shell scripting

• Funds, Intermediary and Institutional SMA (Separately Managed Accounts), Portfolio Accounting
• Middle and Back Office
• Will design, build, and maintain internal applications and integrations with third‑party platforms vendor Platforms such as SEI and Invest Cloud's APL
• Interface with Third Party Fund Adminstrators, Transfer Agents, and Wire houses
