JOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer with expertise in Power Apps, AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot, Dynamics 365, and Azure AI
. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and deploying AI-powered solutions for business automation, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
The candidate should have hands-on experience with LLM-based AI systems, conversational AI, machine learning automation, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and scalable production-ready AI solutions
. Experience integrating data sources such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs is essential.
- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data scientists to gather requirements and design AI-powered solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on Azure using AI Builder, Copilot, and Dynamics 365.
- Develop and deploy machine learning solutions using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, and other Azure AI services.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct testing and validation of AI models.
- Document AI solutions and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate AI technologies including LLMs, SLMs, embeddings, RAG architectures, and orchestration patterns.
- Implement AI platform enhancements such as model fine-tuning and custom ML models.
- Experience with:
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Power Automate
- AI Builder
- Power Platform architecture and design
- Experience with Azure, Azure Dev Ops (CI/CD), and C#/.NET.
- Experience developing and deploying AI models and AI-powered applications.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow or PyTorch.
- Experience integrating Copilot Studio with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and external APIs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts.
- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture patterns.
- Experience with application testing (functional, regression, integration, and performance testing).
- Experience interacting directly with business users and leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure AI, and enterprise application development.
