Neulinx has partnered with a venture-backed AI Health Tech startup that's redefining how mission-critical healthcare software is built. They are looking to bring on a Senior Staff Software Engineer.

Backed by leading investors and led by best-in-class founders with a proven track record of building category-defining technology companies, they're assembling an exceptional engineering team to develop AI-powered products that improve the lives of healthcare professionals and patients alike.

This is an opportunity to join early enough (currently 12 employees) to influence architecture, product direction and engineering culture while building intelligent software that solves genuine real-world problems.

You’ll work across the full stack with a backend lean, shipping AI-powered features from concept through to production in a highly collaborative engineering environment.

• Strong commercial experience building modern full-stack applications
• 5- 8 years of experience in software engineering, with an emphasis on AI
• Python and/or Type Script expertise
• AWS or modern cloud infrastructure
• Experience designing and scaling production systems
• Previous success within venture-backed startups or high-growth product companies
• Passion for AI products and solving complex engineering problems
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals

We’re particularly interested in candidates with exceptional academic backgrounds from leading universities or an equivalent record of outstanding technical achievement.
