Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer with a minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud, including custom development, integrations, event-driven architectures, and data management, while delivering scalable and high-performing business solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Batch Apex.
- Design and implement Salesforce CRM data models, security models, analytics, and CRM Analytics (CRMA) solutions.
- Develop and support batch, real-time, and event-driven integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain scalable event-driven architectures and batch processing solutions.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud applications and portals.
- Implement Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities, including data transformation, calculated insights, identity resolution, and zero-copy federation.
- Configure and manage data streams and support batch and real-time data integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Salesforce applications to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce development best practices.
- Utilize Visual Studio Code and Git Hub for source control, development, and deployment activities.
- Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and implementation.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM data model, security model, analytics, and CRM Analytics (CRMA).
- Hands-on experience developing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Batch Apex.
- Experience building batch, real-time, and event-driven integrations.
- Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture and batch processing.
- Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with data transformation, calculated insights, zero-copy federation, identity resolution, and data streams.
- Experience implementing batch and real-time integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio Code and Git Hub.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a Mac Book-based development environment.
