Handshake is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed directly inside enterprise customer environments in New York. You will own the full stack—from defining solutions to deploying production-grade AI agents and designing evals that move performance metrics.
You will become a domain expert in the customer's vertical, building AI that continually improves as you surface insights to Handshake's platform and product roadmap. Strong collaboration with Product and Platform engineers is essential.
