As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead product engineers in creating impactful experiences that assist students from enrollment to job placement. This hands-on role involves both management and technical contributions.

• Lead teams to deliver impactful outcomes, remove blockers, improve processes, and steer continuous improvement.
• Develop engineers through feedback, development plans, and opportunity matching.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Operations to align project goals.
• Contribute to the codebase, focusing on engineering quality and system evolution.

• 5+ years as a full-stack software/product engineer with at least 2+ years in engineering management.
