What you'll do
Responsibilities- Develop complex AI applications, transitioning prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows for measurable ROI
- Architect integration layers between Google's AI products and customer infrastructure
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for system accuracy and safety Common
- Identify field patterns and friction points, converting them into product features
- Co-build with customer teams to establish development best practices
What you'll need
Experience- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 8 years software development experience with Python or similar languages
- Experience launching production AI-driven solutions
- Experience building data pipelines using vector databases and RAG architectures
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms
- Preferred:
Master's degree or PhD in AI/Computer Science - Preferred: multi-agent systems experience with frameworks like Lang Graph or CrewAI
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics and optimization techniques
- Preferred: post-sales or technical consulting delivery background
