What you’ll be building

The focus is on making AI applicationsmeasurable, testable and dependable enough for real-world use.

Your work will include:

• Building production applications and systems powered byLLMs
• Developing evaluation frameworks to measure model quality and behaviour
• Creating automated testing and validation tooling for AI systems
• Building scalable ML infrastructure, services and APIs
• Running experiments to understand and improve model performance
• Fine-tuning and evaluating modern language models
• Developing tools that identify weaknesses and failure modes in AI applications
• Shipping reliable software across the full ML lifecycle

You’ll likely have:

• Experience building and shippingproduction software systems
• Hands-on experience working with machine learning andLLMs
• Experience evaluating, training or fine-tuning modern language models
• StrongPythonengineering skills
• Experience deploying ML systems into production
• The ability to take an ambiguous problem and turn it into something that works
• Strong technical judgement and a willingness to make decisions without perfect information
