- Embed directly with external parties such as Third Party Administrators (TPA's), Record-Keepers, and HR/Payroll processors
- Rapidly understand their toughest operational issues and use software and AI as a lever to quickly build end-to-end full stack products for them
- Engage directly with external stakeholders, from technical teams to executives
- 2+ years of forward deployed / solutions engineering experience
- Strong full stack software engineering skills
- Proficiency in any of the following:
Kotlin, Rust, Java, Go, C/C++, Python, Ruby, or Type Script - Proficiency with React
- Experience in fintech or early-stage technology companies
- A highly analytical approach to solving business and operational problems using technology
- Curiosity about the intersection of technology and business operations
- Passionate about solving big social problems with pragmatic solutions
- Aptitude for complexity and curiosity for financial markets
- Enjoys learning new technologies and selecting the right tool for each job
- Adaptable and open to contributing across the tech stack as the team evolves
- Autonomous, high agency, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively in cross-functional teams
- Excited to be a part of an in-office team
