We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to design, deliver, and govern enterprise Salesforce solutions in a complex environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce architecture experience, strong integration expertise, and hands‑on experience with Energy & Utilities Cloud and Experience Cloud
.

This position will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, project managers, and enterprise architecture teams to develop scalable, secure, high-performing Salesforce solutions.

• 10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience

• 6+ years of Salesforce solution architecture or technical leadership experience

• Strong experience designing enterprise Salesforce solutions

• Experience with
  Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud

• Strong experience with Experience Cloud

• Advanced knowledge of:

  • Apex

  • Lightning / Lightning Web Components

  • Visualforce

  • Salesforce Flow

  • REST/SOAP APIs

• Strong enterprise integration and systems architecture experience

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and data sources

• Experience with middleware and integration platforms such as Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and architecture patterns

• Experience with Salesforce security, sharing models, performance optimization, and scalability

• Experience with CI/CD, source control, and Salesforce release management

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators

Candidates should have relevant Salesforce architecture certifications, including:

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect

• Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (
  CTA preferred/strongly desired
  )

• Salesforce Energy Cloud

• Experience Cloud / Community Cloud

• Agentforce

• Copado Dev Ops

• Enterprise data architecture

• API and web services integration

• ETL technologies

• Architecture governance and design standards

• Design end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture requirements

• Define solution architecture, data models, integration patterns, and technical standards

• Lead Salesforce integrations with external systems, APIs, middleware, and enterprise data platforms

• Provide technical guidance on Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flow, and Salesforce platform capabilities

• Conduct architecture and code reviews

• Establish Salesforce development, security, release, and environment standards

• Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation

• Mentor developers, administrators, and technical team members

• Support implementation, deployment, and post-production stabilization

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on Senior Salesforce Solution Architect who combines deep Salesforce technical expertise with enterprise architecture and integration experience. Candidates with Energy & Utilities Cloud experience and strong Salesforce architecture certifications are highly preferred.
