As a Forward Deployed Data Engineering – Senior Manager, you will lead innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance within our Tax practice. You will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver software products that revolutionize industries and provide exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation.
- Manage and guide teams in the design, coding, and testing of applications that enhance user experiences.
- Utilize software engineering skills to deliver cutting‑edge products that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand and address their evolving needs.
- Promote a culture of creativity and innovation within the team to foster rapid experimentation and learning.
- Co‑achieve and mentor team members to develop their skills and achieve project goals.
- Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to improve software solutions.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent client management and relationship‑building abilities.
- Advanced analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in coding standards and thorough code reviews.
- Experience with rapid experimentation and innovation.
- Systems thinking to identify opportunities.
- Ability to lead teams through complex and ambiguous situations.

Up to 80% travel required.
SalaryThe salary range for this position is: $124,000 – $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
